A world out there of ENFPs, ENFJ, ENTJ, INTJ,ISFP…
The world soon made sense when I was able to figure this out. Believe me there’s a world out there who have understood this and have used this in making big decisions in your life..career, relationships, friendships, etc. In fact, I just joined a yahoo group for ENFPs.
I was just introduced into a whole new world of personality types. I can’t help but be obsessed with how it clearly explains, how you think, what you feel, why you make these crazy mistakes in your life.. That explains why I hate tracking my activities..I hate organizing my files..why I love team meetings…why I love supplier enablement..why I hate technical designs, I forget details. …ahh..I have always thought of just being a lazy girl that makes stupid mistakes. Now I know why its harder for me. Its life saving though to understand it.
Believe me it would make a huge difference if people understands this. There’s a huge group out there that is so hard on themselves. There are people who thinks that every mistake just seems to be a stab that makes them feel so low and no good at all. Everyone has their weaknesses, maybe its just that I am in a place where my weaknesses are so visible. Perhaps you are in a place in the world that has zero percent tolerance to your weaknesses. That does not make you less, maybe you are just the wrong person for the job (oh my this is still painful right?). In the greater scale of things, you are still a person who deserves greatness. Don’t be closed minded to equate your life to your job or to the task assigned to you.
I come to see it this way. I am short and not that strong. In that case, I have no intention of presenting myself as a spiker in a volleyball team. The coach never put me in the best area in the court to spike and block. However, the coach places me on the receiving end. I may not jump that high but I think I can receive a good spike from the opponent’s side or run farthest to get the ball. Will the team still need me then? Of course. Gets. Its really just about finding the right fit, finding the right place and being in the right place where you can soar.
Besides I don’t need to be coach to make use of this idea. I’ll need this in understanding friends, delegating tasks, interacting with other people, handling a team, implementing a task and for finding the right captain for my lifetime and future team.
I there’s something I hate about this idea is that I don’t want myself to be boxed up into someone that you could easily figure out by just knowing their personality type. I can actually go beyond ENFP. I love being alone as well and enjoy it to death. I am not a full time extrovert but I love team engagement. Also, I may understand my weaknesses but it should not stop me from completing the tasks assigned to me and being good at it. Also, it should not stop myself from pushing myself to be better.
The whole point i guess is that to really understand what our grade school teacher told us, That everyone is unique and special. No one is really better than the other. With that, lets be nicer to ourselves as we become nicer to others.
“The Dawn” Live in my Living Room
In my usual rock concerts, people go there as fans. Lots of cameras clicking, lots of people screaming and pushing each other..lots of people squeezing in just to get the glimpse of their favorite bands.
This one is different.
Lianne is my friend since grade school in Miriam. We always get to see good rock concerts together because of her good old UP Connections. Its just done in a small place here in Makati but I just can’t believe that great bands are playing, Razorback, The Dawn, Imago, Rivermaya, ChicoSci, Wolfman something something, etc. When I got there, THE DAWN is already playing. Just seeing them play and listening to their exceptionally good - veteran rockstar tunes, just converted me a fan. I just got a shock of my life with this experience —
I was already late, I was just hoping to get one shot of them up close. I was expecting to stretch my way till I get a good shot. Then, the guard just said I can stay in that place, pointing to one good space. Its the front row. I looked at the people near that space, they didn’t seem to mind at all. I’m not used to getting that spot effortlessly in my usual rock concerts. With that, I got great shots of a great band, up close..its like just having them play their best in my living room. Amazing. There were no wires or strings to give the band members some space to play. There’s just a paper tape on the floor to show the delineation of areas for audience and band members.
When THE DAWN was done, IMAGO was next. The musicians just went on walking out of the room just like an ordinary person..Imago is just walking around the area..chit chatting with everyone. Buddy – guitarist for some reason is stuck in my head ever since the Eraserhead days - was just right beside me. I just asked him if I could get a picture with him..I knew had to with this guy. He has always been exceptionally interesting for me eversince.
I realized I am in a concert where people go there for the love of music and who loves that band for its passion to play…not so much for popularity or stardom or the hype of being on television. Its a good rock concert experience, I guess its one of the best rock concert environment.
As a newbie, I observed lots of people there and I tried to learn something. Here are some of them:
1. Don’t bring big bags
2. Can bring extra t-shirt
3. Its ok to smile at band members
4. If you are having problems with your top part undergarment accidentally showing…its ok. Since most of them, shows it off anyways.
5. Bring tissue for sweat.
6. Don’t wear lots of makeup
7. Its ok to move to the music. If you are having fun, show it..its ok.
8. Don’t get drunk. In this place, if you are drunk, you look like a loser. Bawal ang feeling dun.
9. There are lots of good looking men in that rock concert..the good thing about them is that they don’t seem to think they are or they don’t seem to care. Whew..10,000 pogi points.
10. I did not see anyone ask popular band members get their pictures taken when they are not playing…except for me. After that one experience, I did not do it again. But I think it was ok, I got to talk him about it and it seems ok.
It was a good experience.
I just took 100,000 steps to getting to know myself..

Take the test and read on everything about your personality type – GO ENFP!

I’m not sure now if i am in the right place. Oh well, I just hope this place has room for people like me..or was I just pushing myself here…oh well,it looks like they do have room for me. Great.
You Tube Festival
Its funny how I enjoy You Tube now. I was so excited to search for the scenes that I like in my favorite movies. I came up with these scenes on top of my head. I am glad I found them but I realized that I ended up with “not well lighted scenes”.
It seems that directors of movies decide on mellowing down on words and just let the songs run the whole scene. That strategy is perfect. With that, scenes become memorable for me. Sometimes, less talk works. Oh well, its amazing what music can do. Here are some of those scenes. Enjoy!
The Lake House
Pride and Prejudice
Love Actually

I am now taking the first new breaths of a new year for me….
the best or worst is yet to come..
some things might change in the coming year…
some things may remain the same..
some people might go…
some people might stay..
i might make mistakes (oh well, this will happen for sure)…
i might do something great (oh well, this will happen for sure too hehehe)…
i may cry a lot..
i may laugh out loud more often..
what makes me happy is that the past year has taught me a lot…what to let go, when to let go, what to fight for and when to fight for it…
a little scary..
pretty exciting at the same time..
oh well,
but before I dive in to this blossoming year before me…
Let me celebrate for a day…hahah consider me self absorbed but i think i’ve earned that additional year in my age. I deserve it. Cheers to me.
hehehe…to my next stop: Los Angeles
My Result: Los Angeles
You’re toned, tanned, and driving to the grocery store in style. You believe in taking care of yourself inside and out, and there’s nothing more attractive to you than a partner who shares that passion. That’s why Los Angeles could be your romantic mecca.
This city of glamour and stardust isn’t just for actors and musicians; it’s for anyone who embraces a healthy lifestyle. The opportunities are endless — jogging along the Pacific Ocean, rollerblading through Venice Beach, or dining on the freshest sushi in the country? How about all three!
Do you hear the People sing? – Les Miserables
